Some days you want something that feels like almost nothing on your skin. Yet you still want a simple outfit to look finished. This merino top does both. It is soft, airy, and the pink of early spring blossom. You can wear it all day and still notice it every time you put it on.

I knit Cherry Blossom myself on a manual knitting machine, row by row, with two yarns running together. One is merino. The second is a bouclé thread with baby yak. Their colours and textures blend into one soft surface. The colour shifts gently, like petals catching the light. Because it is one of a kind, no other top will look exactly like this one. What you wear is yours alone.

That feeling has a reason.

Cherry Blossom combines merino with a baby yak bouclé thread. The mix is 80% merino wool and 20% baby yak. Merino brings softness and comfort next to your skin. The bouclé thread with baby yak adds airiness and delicacy. Wear the top on its own. Or layer it under a cardigan or jacket when the weather asks for more.

Size & Fit:

Size M. Height 48 cm, width 40 cm, measured laid flat.

To know how it will fit, take a similar top you already own. Lay it flat on a table. Measure its height and width with a tape measure. Then compare your numbers with mine (see the last photo). You will know almost exactly how this piece will sit on you.

Care:

Hand wash with a detergent for wool and silk. Squeeze out the water gently. Then wrap the top in a towel and press lightly. Leave it to dry flat. If needed, steam it lightly on the inside.
