Return Policy

At Ineska, your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, something went wrong with the delivery, or you have a complaint — please contact us directly at ineskacompany@gmail.com.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it. From the moment of notification, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made products
• Personalised products

These items cannot be returned.

Return process

1. Register your return by emailing ineskacompany@gmail.com, stating your order number.
2. You will receive a confirmation and return instructions from us.
3. The item must — as far as reasonably possible — be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
4. Send the item including all accessories back according to our return instructions.
5. Once we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days.

Return costs

Return shipping costs vary by country and are at the buyer’s expense. In addition, we charge €5.00 in administration and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
