Insured shipping & lost parcels

For orders with a value above €500, we ship insured, meaning the contents are covered up to €5,500 in case of loss or damage.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost during transit, please contact us at ineskacompany@gmail.com. We will file a claim with PostNL and ensure you receive either a full refund or a replacement. Your purchase is safe with us.
